Josh Manning

Josh Manning enters his 20th season on the Western Oregon football staff in 2025, serving as the offensive line coach and recruiting coordinator the last several years.

Manning has coached numerous Wolves to awards, including Joseph Gonzales to All-American status in 2019. He's also coached the defensive line and tight ends during his tenure.

Manning graduated from WOU in 2004 with a degree in Health Education. He was a pitcher in the WOU baseball program from 2000-02 - playing on the 2001 squad that placed third at the NAIA College World Series.

Prior to that, Manning played football and baseball at the University of Redlands in 1999-00. A former standout in those two sports at McNary High School in Keizer, Oregon, Manning was a member of the 1997 state champion Celtic football squad.

Manning coached the defensive line at his alma mater in 2003, and spent three seasons coaching receivers, running backs and special teams at the University of Puget Sound.

Manning is married to Jennifer Manning and they live in Monmouth.
