Coach Tobeck enters his first season on the staff of the Western Oregon University football program after playing at Division I Utah State University from 2015-2019 at both inside and outside linebacker for the Aggies. Coach Tobeck was a two-year letter winner, as he career was cut short due to an injury sustained during his junior season. He started his coaching career at his alma mater serving as an assistant during the spring season of 2019. Coach Tobeck graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and is originally from Puyallup, Wash.
