Named WOU’s Offensive Captain in the games against Texas A&M Kingsville and Humboldt State…Played in seven of 11 games…Helped WOU out gain its opponents by 729 yards on the ground last season and 36.3 per game.

Started at center for the Wolves.

Saw action on the offensive line as a back-up center in 2005.

2004
Redshirted the 2004 season.

2004 graduate of McKay High School… Three-sport athlete in high school (football – 3, wrestling – 4, baseball – 1)… Honorable mention all-state (4A) at center as a senior… First team All-Valley League center as a senior, second team as a junior.

Born in Salem… Chemistry major, Health minor...Wants to be a doctor …Parents are Connie and Jeff Perkins of Salem… Father went to Oregon State and is a mechanic… Mother is an accountant…Cory has two brothers: Brandon (22) and Justin (25)...Brandon is a wrestler at Oregon State.
