Spending the season as a redshirt at WOU, the freshman was named the team’s Scout Team Offense Player of the Week versus Humboldt State.

PRIOR TO WOU
2007 graduate of Myrtle Point High School (3A)…Kicked his way to the All-Sunset Six League first team as a punter in 2006…Also first team all-state selection…Named first team all-state (3A) in 2007 as an infielder for Bobcats’ baseball team.

Born in Coos Bay, Ore….Undecided major…Parents are Dave and Diane Buche of Myrtle Point….Dad went to WOU and is an elementary school teacher…Mom went to UO and is the superintendent of the Bandon School District….Has one older brother, Matt (22), a four-year starter at for WOU at linebacker.
