2007
Named WOU’s Special Team MVP against Willamette and Offensive Captain versus Southern Oregon…Recorded 124 carries for 457 yards and one touchdown…Also had six catches for 96 yards including a season-high 46 yard reception against Southern Oregon…Had a reception in four straight games…Touchdown came against Texas A&M-Kingsville, Sept. 15…Registered five tackles (two solo) on special teams.

2006
When not injured, saw action in six games for the Wolves on special teams and at running back…Rushed for 75 yards on 20 carries…Had 43 yards of that in the season opener against Willamette…Had touchdown runs against Willamette and Southern Oregon…Caught two passes against Western Washington.

2005
Spent the 2005 year as a red-shirt in the Wolves program...Named the Offensive Scout Team Player of the Week on Sept. 19.

PRIOR TO WOU
2005 graduate of Dayton High School…Second team all-state pick in 2004 as a defensive back, third team selection as a running back (2A)…First team All-West Valley League on both sides of the ball…Played in the East-West Shrine game…Rushed for 186 yards against rival Amity…Also a standout in wrestling, track and field and baseball...Finished second at the state meet in 100 meters and the long jump...Was third in the 200 meters...Finished second in the district wrestling tournament at 171 pounds.

Born in McMinnville, Ore…Business major…Parents are Bob and Gail Wilson of Amity, Ore…Dad works in transportation, Mom in customer service…Tyler has an older brother (Jeremy) and an older sister (Lacey)…Jeremy wrestled for Portland State.
