Biography

2019 (Junior/WOU)

Spear was named to the GNAC honorable mention team in 2019 as she paced the back row that season as the defensive specialist started every match for the Wolves and played all 93 sets. She led the team in digs with 413, averaging 4.44 per set. She also added 72 assists and 24 service aces. Spear recorded multiple digs in every match, going for a season-high 29 against Saint Martin’s. She had at least 20 digs in seven matches and had 10 or more digs in 22 matches. Spear nearly picked up a double-double against Alaska Anchorage when she dished out a season-high eight assists to go along with 26 digs. She had six matches with at least two service aces collecting a season-high five against Alaska Anchorage. Spear finished fifth in the GNAC in digs per set.

Appeared in 27 matches, starting 16... recorded 343 digs, 37 kills.

2016 (Freshman/Concordia)
Appeared in 28 matches in her first year in the Navy & White while started in 7 matches….Saw action in 106 sets…Had 19 service aces including five matches with at least two…Also had a season high 20 digs in CU’s match versus Montana State Billings on Nov. 12…Named to Department of Athletics Honor Roll

Graduated from Sisters HS in Sisters, Ore., in Spring 2016…Four-time letter-winner…Four-time Team MVP….Three-time First Team All-League selection….Senior year, First Team All-State and junior season Second Team All-State.
