Awarded Second-Team All-GNAC accolades…Earned GNAC All-Academic Team honors…Named GNAC Player of the Week (Oct. 8)… One of two Wolves to make the ESPN The Magazine Disctrict VIII Second-Team All-Academic…Played in 87 of WOU’s 98 games…Third for the Wolves in total season kills (257) with the highest kills percentage (.319) and second highest kills per game (2.95)…Recorded 39 assists (fourth for WOU) and 39 blocks (third), both averaging .45 A/Game and B/Game…Set posted a career-best 19 kills in two separate matches, one versus Seattle University (Oct. 13) and one versus Alaska Anchorage (Nov. 3)…Also had season-highs for assists with seven in the match against Sonoma State (Aug. 24) and for digs with four in the match against Seattle University (Sept. 20)…Had a high of five blocks against Alaska (Nov. 1) and Montana State Billings (Oct. 11).
AS A SOPHOMORE (2006)
Part of the All Great Northwest Athletic Conference All-Academic Team…Averaged 1.41 kills per game and .43 blocks per game...Led the Wolves with a .290 hitting percentage…Twice had nine kills in a match—against Alaska Fairbanks and Western Washington…Had two solo blocks each versus Alaska Anchorage and Northwest Nazarene.
AS A FRESHMAN (2005)
Played in 23 of WOU’s 26 matches in 2005...Averaged 1.49 kills per game with a team-best .225 hitting percentage...0.29 blocks per game...Had a season-high 13 kills on Nov. 5 at Western Washington...Had 10 kills earlier in the season on the road at Saint Martin’s...Had three assisted blocks versus Alaska Fairbanks.
PRIOR TO WOU
2005 graduate of Westview High School… Named first team All-Metro League as a senior, honorable mention as a junior… Also played center in basketball, first base in softball and threw the shot put, javelin and discus in track... Four-year letter winner in band, one in choir…Was senior class president.
