Grady Wood, a senior right handed pitcher from Junction City, Ore. (Junction City HS), pitched the Wolves to a 10-1 win in the opener against defending West Region Champions, Sonoma State. The senior threw eight innings allowing just one unearned run and four hits to earn his 10th straight victory, dating back to last season. Wood has not allowed an earned run and has given up just seven hits this season in 15 innings of work.
