Box Score BURNABY, B.C. - Western Oregon women's volleyball fell at Simon Fraser in three sets (21-25, 15-25, 15-25) Saturday night at SFU's West Gym.

The Wolves (8-13, 5-9 GNAC) fall to 0-2 against Simon Fraser (17-5, 10-4 GNAC) this season after losing the first match 3-0 in the first round of conference play.

Amando Short led the Wolves with eight kills and
Mariella Vandenkooy followed with seven.
Alisha Bettinson had six kills and was second in digs with 17.
Christie Colasurdo had 19 digs for WOU.

Western Oregon played from behind most of the match, as the Clan used momentum from Friday night's sweep of Concordia into the contest against the Wolves. SFU had three players with double figure kills, led by Emma Jennings with 12.

The Wolves return home to welcome Alaska to the New P.E. Building on Nov. 3 and Alaska Anchorage on Nov. 5, both matches at 7 p.m., during the annual Week of Giving supporting the WOU Food Bank and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
