PORTLAND, Ore.—After never trailing in the first two sets, an extended string to finish the third gave Western Oregon University a 3-0 (25-15, 25-16, 25-21) win over Westminster College to close out the Concordia Labor Tournament on Saturday.

WOU came back to tie the final set on four occasions, but Westminster held its ground and eventually created a four-point gap (21-17), its largest lead in any set of the day.
The Wolves, however, got hot at the end and dropped a match-clinching eight-point run that included four kills by
Alisha Bettinson.
Big both ways, Bettinson finished with match highs in kills (15) and digs (20).
Sydney Blankinship added nine kills and
Jenna Compton seven terminations for WOU.
