Hopwood, having already broke her own school record in the 60 during preliminaries on Friday, was able to post another strong time on Saturday when she crossed at 7.69 to win the event at the Boise State Challenge. She bested seven others in the field including competitors from Hawaii, San Francisco, Eastern Washington and Nevada.

If that wasn't enough, after nearly setting the school record in the 200 on Friday, Hopwood came close to finishing in the top-two during the finals on Saturday as she ran to a time of 25.59 to come in third. She bested a pair of runners from Nevada.

Crosswhite has continually improved on his mile time throughout the indoor season and Saturday was no different at the Husky Classic. Overall, he placed 36th in the event.
