SEATTLE --- The Western Oregon men's basketball team went cold for a late stretch that cost it as the Wolves fell on the road at Seattle Pacific 87-79 Thursday night.
The Wolves and Falcons were tied 70-70 after WOU'sÂ

However, SPU went on a 7-0 run over the next 2:30 to take a 77-70 lead as the Wolves scored just four points over a 4:30 span after the Collins 3-pointer and found themselves down 81-74 with 2:02 remaining.
Yosani Clay got the Wolves within four with a 3-pointer on the break with 1:54 left - but that's as close as WOU would get the rest of the contest.
While the Wolves shot the ball well from the field (58.5 percent) and from 3-point range (12-for-22, 54.5 percent), WOU struggled from the line - going 5-for-11 compared to 15-for-19 for SPU. Also, 16 Wolves turnovers led to 21 points for the Falcons while SPU's 12 turnovers led to just seven points for WOU.
Collins led the Wolves with 19 points, going 7-for-9 from the field and 4-for-5 from 3-point range.
Carson Frincke had a season-beat 17 points, including going 5-for-6 from 3-point range, while
