PORTLAND, Ore. --- The Western Oregon men's basketball team had senior Cameron Benzel and juniors Kris Cook and Jason Gallant named All-GNAC Honorable Mention when the conference released its postseason honors Wednesday.

Benzel finished ninth in the conference in scoring at 14.7 points per game, second in rebounding (8.3) and blocks (1.2), first in field goal percentage (62.2) and eighth in minutes played per game (32.7) in his second and final season with WOU.

Cook finished 10th in the GNAC in scoring at 14.6 points per game, fourth in 3-pointers per game (2.4), 10th in 3-point percentage (39.7), 12th in steals (1.2) and fourth in minutes per game (35.0) in his first season with the Wolves.

Gallant led the Wolves in scoring and was sixth in the conference at 15.5 points per game, second in assists (4.4) and second in minutes per game (36.3) in his first season with Western Oregon.

As far as conference awards, Montana State Billings won GNAC Player of the year (Jalen Tot), Coach of the year (Luke Fennelly), Defensive Player of the Year (Steven Richardson) and Newcomer of the Year (Daniel Moody) while Westsern Washington's Tijan Saine was named GNAC Freshman of the Year.
