RENO, Nev. --- The Western Oregon track and field teams saw another record performance while three others made moves up the school all-time list this week at the Nevada Invitational.
Gabe Burchfield broke his own school record in the heptathlon with 4,881 points, including winning the 60 hurdles with a time of 8.68 seconds. He had broken the school record in December.

Ujunwa Nwokoma had a big PR in the triple jump, moving from fifth to second on the WOU all-time list with a distance of 38 feet, 9 inches (11.81 meters) while taking seventh at the event. It's also a NCAA provisional mark and is 15
th in D-II this season.
Also in the women's triple jump,
Amariyah Clay improved her seventh-best mark in WOU history by three inches to 37-4 (11.38 meters).

Amity Deters tied for the fourth-best mark in WOU history in the high jump at 5-6 (1.68 meters) – good for eighth place at the event. It's also an NCAA provisional mark.
