Wolves volleyball falls at Azusa Pacific on Saturday

AZUSA, Calif. --- The Western Oregon volleyball team fell to Azusa Pacific 3-0 (25-21, 25-18, 25-20) on Saturday at the Felix Event Center.

Maela Honma and Taya Blankenship led the Wolves (0-4) with nine kills apiece, Malena Mathis added eight and Chloe Asciutto added seven. Samantha Darby led the team with 29 assists while Sidney Friesen had a team-best 18 digs.

WOU returns to action Thursday when it travels to take on host San Facisco State at the Gator Classic.
