CORVALLIS, Ore. --- The Western Oregon track and field team set three NCAA provisionals and had several school top-10 marks at the OSU PNW Invite on Friday and Saturday.

Freshman
Maren Anderson in her first collegiate outdoor 1,500 ran the third-fastest time in WOU history at 4:28.90 to take sixth at the event. The time is an NCAA provisional mark.

In the men's discus,
Ray Gerrard set a PR and an NCAA provisional mark with a distance of 171 feet, 2 inches (52.19 meters) – improving his No. 3 mark in WOU history – to take third at the event.

In the men's 800,
Landon Theisen won the event with a time of 1:50.36 – good for seventh on the WOU all-time list and an NCAA provisional time.

Izzy Boyd set a PR and moved to sixth on the WOU all-time list in the shot put with a distance of 44-1.5 (13.45 meters). In fact, three of her throws at the event were over her previous best.

AJ Dixson moved to eighth on the WOU all-time list and took the lead early in the season in the triple jump with a mark of 47-7 – taking third at the event.

Jack Burgett took second in the 200 with a personal best of 21.29 – moving from 10
th to fifth on the WOU all-time list.
Brennen Murphy took fifth with a PR of 21.46 – improving his No. 8 time in WOU history.

Alecia Lemeza moved from eighth to tied for sixth all-time in the pole vault with a height of 10-6 (3.20 meters).

In the women's 3,000 steeple,
Charlotte Gardner improved her PR by 12 seconds to run the eighth-fastest time in WOU history at 11:33.78 – taking eighth at the event.
