Wolves win eight events, set two school top-10 marks at Willamette Invite on Saturday

SALEM, Ore. --- The Western Oregon track and field team hit a pair of school top-10 marks while winning eight events at the Willamette Invitational on Saturday.
 
For the women in the pole vault, Alecia Lemeza moved from sixth to fifth on the WOU all-time list with a height of 10 feet, 9 inches – finishing third in the event.
 
Jazmine Dotson ran the ninth-fastest 100 in WOU history at 12.17 seconds to take third.

WOU returns to action this week at the Texas Relays starting Wednesday in Austin, Texas, as well as at the Bobcat Classic in San Marcos, Texas (Friday and Saturday), the Mike Fanelli Classic in San Fracisco (Friday and Saturday) and at the Stanford Invite in Palo Alto (Friday and Saturday).
