GNAC DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Johnson, a junior from Eugene, Ore., led a Wolves defense that held Simon Fraser to zero points scored on the offensive side of the football and negative-eight rushing yards in a 33-7 win at home Saturday. Johnson notched six tackles with four coming solo, which included three tackles for loss (-17), two sacks (-15) and an interception with a 28-yard return. This is Johnson's first career weekly GNAC award.
