Jason Moseby, a senior outfielder from Bellevue, Wash. (Newport High School), went 8-for-16 in the Wolves' four-game series with Chico State. He raised his average 22 points to take over the top spot in the GNAC batting average race. Of his eight hits in the series five of them went for extra bases as he recorded four doubles and a home run. Three of those doubles came in a WOU win against Chico State's top starter.
