MONMOUTH, Ore. --- It's the time of year where you have your chance to support Wolves athletics as the online portion of the 38th Annual Western Oregon University Athletic Auction begins noon Friday at wouwolves.com/auction.

The online auction goes from noon Friday until 9 p.m. May 31 (next Friday) with the opportunity to bid on dozens of items - from a beach getaway, wine tastings, rounds of golf and so much more.

The 2024 Wolves Athletic Auction takes place June 1 starting at 5:30 p.m. and will feature dinner, a wine wall, raffle, golden ticket, live auction and paddle raise to support Wolves athletes and athletics. The silent auction features items and packages from local businesses, WOU athletic programs, Oregon-based wineries and distilleries and more. Buy tickets for the live event at wouwolves.com/auction.

As for the online auction, here's how you can bid:

• Go to wouwolves.com/auction
• Click on the red tab "Get Started"
• For those that don't have a Handbid account, this is where you can create your account, download the Handbid app and bid!
• For those who do have a Handbid account, sign in, register for the event and bid!
• If you aren't into apps, there will be a web version available once the online auction available on the home page of the auction website
