FORT WORTH, Texas --- The Western Oregon men's cross country team took fifth and the women's team ninth at the Old Glory Gallop on Saturday at AP Ranch.
On the men's side,
Matthew Resnik set an 8K personal record to finish seventh overall with a time of 24 minutes, 16 seconds.
Ethan Bothwell took 13th with a PR of 24:33 while
Remedan Seman finished 16th (24:36). Freshman
Zander Campbell finished 44th (25:03) while
Isaiah Rodriguez rounded out the scoring in 65th (25:26).
Kyla Potratz led the women's team by taking ninth in a time of 17 minutes, 51 seconds in the 5K race. Jazmine Liebel set a personal record with a time of 18:19 to finished 23rth while freshmen
Nettle Grey took 30th (18:26) and
Adele Beckstead took 67th (19:03) while
Maslin Sigler rounded out the scoring in 74th (19:08).
The Wolves return to action next week at the George Oja Invite in Independence, Oregon.
