PORTLAND, Ore. --- The Western Oregon athletic department took fourth place in the GNAC All-Sports Trophy results released by the conference Tuesday.
The Wolves finished with 6.25 points in the - finishing behind Western Washington (9.19), Central Washington (7.34) and Simon Fraser (6.74). Since 2017, scoring has been based on the Dormeyer System, which determines an average score for each institution based on its finish in each conference sport and the number of GNAC sports sponsored by each institution.

WOU won one GNAC title this season with the men's soccer program taking home the crown and making it to the NCAA Championships in just its third season since the program returned from a decades-long hiatus. WOU went on to win a first-round matchup with Point Loma, 2-0, before falling to host CSU Pueblo in the next round, 3-2.
The Wolves finished fourth on the men's side while the women finished sixth.
All-time, WOU has one GNAC All-Sports Trophy title since the award started in 2001-02, winning in 2007-08. The WOU men have won three Men's GNAC All-Sports Championships (2017-18, 2015-16 and 2007-08) while the WOU women are looking for their first women's all-sports title.
