EUGENE, Ore. – Four event wins and a flurry of great finishes in the women's 800 meter race highlighted a great day at the Titan Twilight, hosted by Lane College.

Four WOU runners placed at the top in the 800, each running under 2:14. The race was won by sophomore
Suzanne Van De Grift at 2:13.18 with sophomore
Megan Rose just behind at 2:13.22. Freshman
Olivia Woods placed third at 2:13.55 and senior
Bailey Beeson crossed the line at 2:13.63. Junior
Amanda Ditzhazy finished seventh in the same race.

Two other runners won races for the Wolves – junior
Laura Patrick edged out three teammates to win the 100 meters in 12.40 and junior Felecia Covey took the top spot among three WOU runners in the 400-meter hurdles in a time of 1:05.96.

On the men's side, junior
Aaron Whitaker was the only runner to win his event after running a 48.89 in the 400 meters. He ran the third leg of the 4x100 relay, where the Wolves finished second in a time of 41.67.

In the field events, sophomore
Kegan Allen surpassed the 150-foot mark in the hammer to finish second. Sophomore
Kenny Klippel finished fourth in both the shot put and discus.
