PORTLAND, Ore. --- The Western Oregon cross country men's and women's teams had 21 student-athletes honored as GNAC All-Academic on Wednesday.
The Wolves'
Rami Dear - a junior - was one of four men's runners to have a a perfect 4.0 GPA while WOU's
Kaitlyn Kruse and
Josie Ackerman were two of five GNAC honorees with a 4.0.
To qualify for academic all-conference, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.20, must be in at least their second season competing for their team and must have competed on the course during the 2023 campaign.
