A standout performer for the Wolves on the volleyball court, Radetich was a first team All-American selection in 1996 and second team honoree in 1997. She also was a three time all-region selection, including the MVP of the NAIA West Region Tournament. Radetich helped the Wolves reach the National championship tournament in each of her four seasons, and still holds the Western Oregon record for career kills with 2,295 and digs with 2,220. Radetich also had some of the most dominating seasons in school history as she set single season records in kills (692) and placed fifth in digs (584). Radetich's success also extended to the classroom where she was an ESPN Academic All-District selection.
